Warmlines provide free and confidential support to those who may need someone to talk to or to be an ear to listen and used when someone is not in crisis or distress. Please note: Many warmlines are available 24/7; however, some are only open on certain days/times (see the Warmline Directory for your specific states information).
The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline provides free and confidential support, offering intervention, information, literature, and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service, and support services.

The National Parent Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and provides free emotional support by phone for parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges of raising children to help prevent a situation from escalating.
